At Sathyoga Wellness, we believe that yoga is much more than postures on a mat. It is an opportunity to build bridges of compassion, connection, and hope.
“I Teach. You Participate. We Support.”
Every time you join a class, workshop, or event, you are part of something bigger—a movement that uplifts not just your own wellbeing, but the lives of those who have little or nothing.
With every session you attend, a part of the proceeds goes directly to supporting education, health, and shelter for underserved communities. Through partnerships with organizations like SEWA International and other grassroots initiatives, we strive to create a ripple effect of positive change.
It is our promise that your participation becomes a gesture of generosity—helping a child go to school, a family find security, and a community build a better future.
Together, We Make a Difference
YOU are not just a participant. You are a changemaker.
Every time you unroll your mat, you are planting seeds of hope in the world.
Our vision is simple but powerful:
🌿 Teach with Heart – Offering authentic, accessible yoga for everyone
🌿 Participate with Intention – Showing up for yourself and your community
🌿 Support with Purpose – Giving back to those who need it most.
Let’s Make the World a Better Place to Live
We invite you to join us—to practice yoga not only as self-care but as a way to care for humanity.
Because when we breathe together, move together, and give together, we transform lives far beyond the walls of our studio.
One breath, one class, one act of kindness at a time.
I deeply value partnerships that resonate with our mission of holistic well-being. My collaboration with Manuela Mammeri, the visionary behind 8sam in Küssnacht am Rigi, embodies this ethos beautifully.
Manuela's dedication to fostering a nurturing environment for physical and emotional growth is truly inspiring. Through 8sam, she offers a diverse range of programs—from functional strength training and group sessions to specialized services like fitness functional training, weight loss sessions, physiotherapy coaching—all designed to enhance vitality and inner balance.
My association with Manuela is more than a professional alliance; it's a union of shared values and mutual respect. Together, we aim to create spaces where individuals can embark on transformative journeys toward self-discovery and wellness.
We are honored to walk this path alongside Manuela, united in our commitment to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
Despite her primary role in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, she continues to pursue her passion for Yoga and Ayurveda.

Marma therapy is an ancient Indian practice that involves stimulating specific points on the body, known as "marma points," to promote physical and mental well-being. These points are believed to be vital energy centers, and the therapy is often used in Ayurveda, the traditional system of medicine in India. Marma therapy aims to balance energy flow, enhance circulation, and support overall health.
IN Ayurveda, the concept of "Tri Dosha" refers to the three fundamental energies that govern various physiological and psychological functions within the body. These doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Marma therapy is closely linked to Ayurveda as it seeks to balance these doshas by stimulating specific marma points. The therapy is thought to influence the doshas, restoring equilibrium and promoting holistic well-being.
